Viewing Desktop Error Messages

Use the error messages provided by the console to help troubleshoot issues.

  1. In the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console, open the navigation menu and click Compute.
  2. Under Secure Desktops, click Desktop Pools.
  3. Click the desktop pool name.
  4. Scroll down to the Desktops section.
  5. To view errors for an individual desktop, click the Actions icon ( Actions icon ) associated with the desktop and then select View errors from the menu.
  6. To view errors for the desktop pool, click Error messages under the Resources list.
