Desktop Does Not Respond

Desktops can stop responding for many reasons. For example, there may be an operating system or software bug, or applications may run out of resources to run properly.

The desktop will also stop responding if you eject the virtIO Ethernet Adapter. If you need to change network settings, contact your desktop administrator.

  1. Close the installed client window, or web browser, and then try opening the desktop again.
  2. Caution

    Your desktop session may not be saved and you may lose data.
    If your desktop does not open, ask the desktop administrator to restart the desktop, and then open the desktop again.
